Car was clean and worked great. Only reason it didn’t get a 5 star is because
1. The car when we got it had a check engine light on for ‘oil change required’. The stickers indicate it was recently changed but the constant alert on the dash wasn’t ideal
2. The car had a shake to it when in Drive and not moving (ie stopped at a light). I do think this should be looked at.
The pickup instructions were good but the cell coverage in the parking garage is limited which makes it tough to navigate the Turo app when working through the check in process

Thanks for your response . As you noted the oil was recently replaced when the alert came . Sometimes it can take a bit for the alert to go away but will look into that. Also the start stop when in drive is a feature to conserve gas that most cars have . There was no check engine light . It was an alert for oil . The car was recently serviced within the last month so is well maintained.
Car was as advertised. Host was very responsive and helpful.
