The car was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. The car had been well cared for and provided a nice ride and was roomy enough for our six family members and their luggage. We had not received word describing where the car was parked or the code to get into the car lockbox. Our plane was late, finally arriving after midnight. We tried to call the owner and had trouble connecting, so we worked through the Turo national office and between the two we finally got the info we needed. It was parked in long term parking and we had to pay $15 to get out of the lot, but that was less than having to Uber to a lot away from the parking lot. We are not sure why it was not parked in the hourly lot , which is only $2/hr.

Just to clarify for future stays: the airport's hourly lot strictly prohibits overnight parking, so for late-night arrivals like yours, the vehicle must be parked in the long-term lot to avoid towing. I'm glad we were able to connect late that night and get you all squared away smoothly after your flight delay!
Benjamin and cohosts were responsive and friendly. Van was clean and in good condition. We appreciated the extra touches, with plenty of chargers throughout the van. Thank you.

We had a great time on our trip and this vehicle served our family of six very well. It was well equipped with modern conveniences and lots of charging options for our devices provided by the host. Lots of storage room in the back for luggage as well. The house communicated excellently throughout the process, I would definitely book with this host again and so should you!
