Clean van and great ride. Host is awesome and very accommodating.

Great vehicle! Clean and reliable. However, maintenance inspection light was on for most of our trip. Pick up was easy BUT we were told by phone by the host the day before our arrival that they don’t deliver on holidays so they would leave the vehicle in the parking garage at the airport for us from the day before. I agreed because I felt like I had no choice since it was Christmas Eve! We ended up being charged 66USD at pick up! We were not happy about it but had no choice to pay it to leave with the car. Disappointed that the host didn’t confirm this with us from when we booked the car back in October! We advised the host of our discontent but nothing was done from their part, not even a reply. Turo assisted and was able to reimburse half the cost.
