My reservation was canceled just one day before my scheduled booking. When I contacted the host, they repeatedly blamed the Turo app for the cancellation and every other issue I raised. However, after speaking with Turo Support, it became clear that many of these issues were the host’s responsibility to resolve.
When I received the vehicle, it was dirty and already had visible damage. I immediately documented the condition with photos and shared them with the host. Despite providing clear evidence that the damage existed before I took possession of the vehicle, the host accused me of causing it.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the lack of accountability, poor communication, and the condition of the vehicle. I would not recommend booking with this host.
