Car was great but the battery died at one point and the host made it seem like it was our fault. Communication could have been better.

I’m sorry you felt that way, I asked if anyone left any of the lights on or if there had been any warnings and you said no, I was diagnosing the issue not blaming anyone things happen all the time and that’s ok it’s a 23 Honda odyssey with full maintenance records the battery is fine. After you had mention that it was not turning on I had someone on the way within 30 min, for island time that is super fast. You called back stating the neighbor jumped the van and you continued with no problem.
Great car, very reasonable price, and the car owner was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
