Wish I could put zero stars for this one. Highly disappointed, never had a problem with any other host on Turo until now. communication was terrible. Couldn’t get a timely reply before or during what was suppose to be my trip! Vehicle was DIRTY!! Oreo cookies all over back seat and floor. And van had an antifreeze leak that no one took the time to check and find so wasn’t even able to drive off as it overheated and was making weird noises under the hood! Called literally about 15-20 times to get not one answer to help or solve the issue had to go through customer service rep to cancel trip and get a refund!!! Completely ruined our trip and plans for my daughter’s birthday and no effort to make things right. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!

Great family car with lots of space and added luxuries. Car had some exterior dings & dents but it did the job of transporting my family to an important event and for that I am truly grateful! Pickup & drop off were extremely easy. I would definitely rent from On Demand again in the future. Thanks again!
