We had a small delay but they were very kind to take care of the situation and got us in the road promptly. Vehicle is in excellent condition, clean, smelled good and drive amazing. Great on gas mileage and we had a very comfortable road trip. Would definitely book again and recommend to family and friends

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing rental experience with Ocean Auto Group. The vehicle was provided with multiple issues that should have been addressed before being made available to a guest.

At the start of the rental, the vehicle had a check engine light illuminated, a leaking antifreeze/cooling system issue, broken gauges, a faulty backup camera, and a malfunctioning center touchscreen. These were not minor inconveniences — they impacted the reliability, safety, and overall experience of using the vehicle.

The antifreeze leak eventually required the vehicle to be picked up, which disrupted our trip and caused us to miss an important family graduation event. I was told that Ocean Auto Group would take care of us and make things right after the vehicle was recovered, but the only compensation offered was a Wawa gift card.

I understand that unexpected mechanical issues can happen, but a vehicle with this many known or apparent problems should not have been listed and provided to a renter. The response and resolution did not match the inconvenience and disruption this caused.

Future renters should be aware of the condition of the vehicle and the level of support provided if issues arise.

Car was super clean and gave me no issue, host was nice and easy to communicate with. I will definitely rent again for my next trip.

The car got us to and from where we needed to be without a problem! The cleanliness could have been improved, we had to clean wipe down and vacuum the vehicle again before using it, and it smelled like smoke to a certain level that we kept the windows down often to air it out.
