Was dropped off before 30min late mark picture in profile and was on the phone with Turo agent who instructed me. Car has mechanical problems. Wipers torn. Windshield with a softball size crack . Front drivers seat positioning piece detached. Car door kept opening on there on as well as the car starting with punching buttons . Shouldn’t be rented again until repairs are complete

Horrible rental! The car was not as shown on advertisement.
We arrived to pick up the rental and the front window was cracked, side of the driver seat button to adjust seat is broken and the two backseats are shaky.
The worst part was when we picked up the car the cigarette smell was so strong, I called the owner and let him know and someone shows up with a car freshener spray 😒 they had a few hours before I picked it up to deal with the smell.
This car is just not rentable! I asked if they had another car for me, they said no. I had no choice but to take this car because we really needed a car for the weekend! Very disappointed!
