Matthew was wonderful, helpful, and so quick to respond! Car worked wonderfully and was SO clean and well maintained. Car seats were installed already, which was such a relief, and in great condition. Easy to find vehicle and pickup was a breeze. It was amazing on gas and drove well. Will be using again! Wonderful first Turo experience!

Overall, the experience was great, but I did have a safety concern. While driving in the rain, the windshield wipers were extremely worn out and screeched so badly that it became difficult to drive safely.
I showed the owner the worn-out wiper upon returning the vehicle. Unfortunately, his response was simply, “Thank you for letting me know.” I was disappointed there was no acknowledgment or apology regarding the safety issue.
If you rent this vehicle, I recommend checking the wipers before driving, especially if rain is expected.
