AC wasn’t as cold but still a great rental

Very old van with a lot of miles. Lots of scratches and pain issues. Intermittent sound coming from the car when it is in low speeds.

This is a 2011 vehicle with higher mileage, which is reflected in the rental price. Guests who prefer a newer vehicle with lower mileage have plenty of options from other hosts, but those vehicles will naturally come at a higher price. You can’t expect to pay the lowest price and also get a brand-new, low-mileage vehicle. This Sienna is a more affordable and practical option for guests who prioritize value.

The car was decent quality, good for family space and travel. I recommend having experience parking and maneuvering big cars. I noticed the trunk would pop open on its own at times when you’ve already locked the car. Overall great experience and would recommend!

The car pick up was relatively easy process and the host was nice! Overall, the car got us from place to place which was what we needed for! There was overall wear and tear with the car, you can tell it is a well loved and used car. We did receive multiple air tag notifications about an air tag in the car which is against Turo policies so I didn’t like that but that was the only “issue” we had.
