Great experience renting from Alex! The car was super clean, smooth, and well taken care of. Alex was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Would definitely rent from Alex again!

The key fob was the biggest headache, especially after the car has heated up from these temps and the car not detecting the key. There was about good while that we drove and the car was saying key not detected though the key was in the car the whole time. Other than that a reliable vehicle. Next trip I hope to book again because communication is key and they are on it. I did let them know during the trip about the back passenger window being broken at the latch so a little noisy while on interstate but the music eventually drowns it out to a white noise.

Host is responsive. Originally, I booked a suburban to accommodate a family of 8. My reservation was cancelled just a few hours before the trip started. Not the host’s fault though. I assumed the current renters were returning late. So, I opted for the van which in turn gave better MPG. The host did deliver the rental to my address. The only downside is there aren’t many charging ports. Only a USB port. The FOB battery needs to be replaced as well. This can cause issues during travel…meaning the car will not start.
