When I picked up the car it was pretty messy. Didn’t feel very clean but I moved forward since I don’t expect perfection. I would recommend this car if it were cleaner the next time it’s rented out to someone. The windshield wipers also need replacing and there was no windshield wiper fluid to wipe off bugs or dirt.

Great car overall — very smooth drive, comfortable, and super spacious. Everyone loved the TV and the interior.
Just a couple things the host should fix: the windshield washer wasn’t working so I couldn’t clean the windshield, and I noticed some fluid issue under the hood that should be checked.
Other than that, really good experience!

Host was communicative during the trip and answered any questions I had. However, when arriving to the car, I noticed a crack in the windshield. When bringing it to the host’s attention, she stated that a claim was already made and it was done by the previous renter. It was not communicated to me that there was a crack, which in my opinion posed a safety concern. Regardless of my reservation, this should have been communicated to me and it should’ve been my decision to keep or cancel the reservation. As a result, I spoke to the host and they were willing to resolve the situation as best as they could and understood my perspective.

This van was very clean, and perfect for our family of 5! Host was very easy to work with and had zero issues with unlocking the vehicle. Would certainly rent again!
