It was a great car, very clean with a smooth drive. There was plenty of space for the kids, and the car felt very safe. We really enjoyed our trip. Thank you, Vladyslav.

The 1st van wasn't very clean & we were going down the road & had to pull off to the side of road bc it wouldn't accelerate in speed. Then shut it off & turned back on & couldn't use cruise control then check engine light came on so we pulled into a gas station & called the owner. He said he was 15min away & had to get the other van ready so we waited at gas station for an hour & a half. Then the other van was disgusting inside & out & sounded like crap when we drove it & reved up the rpm's but didnt act like it wanted to go. On top of that the steering wheel shook like no other when brakes were pressed. Overall it was a bad experience with both vans that had 6 ppl in it! I was so uncomfortable to drive it that we would break down or the brakes wouldn't work when pushed! Terrible & will never rent or tell anyone about this person again!!! Defiantly not a good look for Turo in my opinion!

We respectfully disagree with much of this review. Both vans were clean and prepared, as reflected in our previous reviews. We offered the option to cancel or switch vehicles. The guest inspected the replacement and chose to continue. After inspection, we could not reproduce any of the reported issues. Safety is always our top priority.
