Excellent for our family of 5 adults on a week long trip to Grand Canyon, Sedona and page! Averaged 33mpg which is what I was looking for. Great leg room in the middle and back rows. Would rent again

There were two specific issues. The first is that the car was not cleaned thoroughly. It hadn’t been through a car wash, and there was debris in the cup holders, on the dashboard, and smears on the windshield that made driving into the sunset difficult.
The second, and bigger issue, is that the vehicle is misrepresented in the listing photos. They clearly show a leather interior with a rear entertainment system. This vehicle actually has a cloth interior and no rear entertainment. The only reason I did not give 3 stars for this issue is that it is a fairly new car and does not have any unpleasant odors. But it was disappointing that they are misleading renters with the trim package in the photos.
