We rented a Toyota Sienna and knew exactly what to expect since we have one at home — it drove great and was very comfortable for our family. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient rental for our trip.

The only downside was the cleanliness. The interior was mildly dusty, which is understandable since many renters are likely traveling to places like the Grand Canyon or Sedona, but the trunk was quite dirty when we picked it up. At the end of the trip, the return instructions asked us to leave the vehicle in the same condition we found it and even suggested getting a wash and vacuum. We didn’t want to return it in that condition, especially thinking of the next renter, so we went ahead and got a car wash and vacuumed the inside, leaving it much cleaner than we received it. The key lockbox was also a bit tricky to open and close.

The vehicle itself is solid and drives beautifully, and with a quick wipe‑down and vacuum between renters — something other reviews have mentioned — the experience would be even better.
