The vehicle was clean but its diddicu

The vehicle is comfortable to vacation with family for trips. However, the host needs to improve in verifying the condition of the vehicle before renting it out. Our trip was delayed by 2 hours because one tire had a hole. While at the tire shop, the attendant verified that another tire was all worn out. It resulted in the replacement of not 1 but 2 tires!!!. If we had not detected this negligence it could have caused a serious ACCIDENT on the road resulting in damages to the vehicle including putting ourselves in danger. Moving forward, we will only rent vehicles no older than 2 years.

Overall the car ran well and did not present any mechanical problems. However, the seats had some stains on them, and the car was dirty (exterior) when picked up. Host indicated they had unlimited car washes, so took car to indicated wash where they told me the account was on pause. . Also Ac blew cooler, but not cold. Would still use this host again, but lowered expectations.
