The reviews say the car doesn’t look the same it on the seats they don’t but it just seemed like water damage giving a 4 just because of that and wish communication was faster when reaching out. Overall very understanding.

We had a great time on our trip. The van worked well. The AC held up in Arizona heat so I can’t complain. However, I will say that the van was not the same as the pictures. The condition of the van physically superficially was different. The seats were stain. There’s clearly way more mileage on the van than is advertised. And there are many scratches and superficial issues with the van. Saying that the van drove wonderfully and it handled really well. I’m not mad because I was able to get to and from the places I need to get to with no problem. And the owner was easy to talk to. When there were issues, I told him he responded quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have any problems with communicating. So for that, they get four stars. I’m only missing a star because the pictures were misleading. I do believe the van should be advertised a little cheaper just because the condition is very different from the pictures that are advertised.

The car was filthy upon pick up- every single seat was stained (NOT pictured or accurately reflected in listing photos), car smelled stale and bad, AC barely worked or blowed out any air at all, and the car shook on the highway. Key lock-box was open and key exposed when we picked up the car, which is a major safety hazard. Messaged host with issues and nothing was done. Very disappointed and I would stay far away from this car, as it is not accurately described! I would NOT rent again.
