The Car had problems and the host was late in responding to messages. Very bad experience, had to return the car without even using it.

The van was fine but had issues. It got us from point A to point B but I wouldn’t rent again. When we first received the van one of the buckles in the back was broken, making the seat unusable for my children and car seats. Michael offered to come look at it but we were able to figure out seating arrangements without using that seat. Also the speakers in the van are still broken. I saw reviews that there were issues and assumed they would have been resolved and they are not. Every couple miles the radio would have a very loud popping/static sound. This was so loud it will make you jump and your ears hurt. This year of van looks to have a wiring/mounting issue with the speaker system. Along with those issues the entire screen was basically unusable. It was constantly turning off and would not come back on. Making the backup camera and the radio unusable. Overall it was fine but if I would have known the issues I would have rented a different vehicle.

We have rented from Michael numerous times, and this is the first time renting the Honda van with a car seat. It worked great for our family! We will be rebooting for our October visit.
