Pickup location is easy and close to the airport. Quality of car was great. Host was very communicative. I had ordered 2 car seats and at pickup only 1 was in the car, but he quickly resolved the issue. Great service and transaction.

Host made me wait outside the airport for 45 minutes with 4 small children while he pressured me to send a photo of myself to his personal cell phone.
This was after I already verified my ID and identity through Turo. I told him I wasn’t comfortable sending personal photos to him and asked if it was his policy or Turos.
After 45 minutes on a joint call between Jason and Turo support, Turo support informed Jason he was acting against Turo policy.
Jason got mad but finally released the car. No apology, no remorse. Turo informed me they would do an investigation into his profile.
Do not send Jason photos outside of the Turo ID verification
I’m sorry for the frustration during pickup. The check-in process was completed in good faith to verify the authorized driver before release. The guest arrived ~3 hours late without notice; while Turo policy allows cancellation, I chose to proceed. The vehicle was returned to the airport at 9:48am (trip ended 4:00pm) unlocked with keys inside and no communication. I respectfully disagree with parts of this review. 5⭐ ratings for cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy. Power Host, 229+ trips.
