I rented a 2026 Honda Odyssey from Jonathan through Turo in Phoenix, and the entire experience was excellent! Jonathan’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made both picking up and returning the vehicle completely hassle-free.
The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family trip. We had absolutely no problems with the vehicle and had a wonderful time.
One thing I especially appreciated was how easy the pickup and return process was. Taking the PreFlight Airport Parking shuttle to pick up and return the vehicle was much easier and more convenient than dealing with parking at Terminal 3 or Terminal 4 at the airport.
Overall, the vehicle and the entire trip were awesome. Jonathan was great to work with, and I would definitely rent from him again. If I need to rent a vehicle in the future, I will look for Jonathan on Turo first.

The car needs some attention. Wiper blades need replacing , back seat only accessible from passenger side, drink holder in second row needs repaired
