Great vehicle only downside was air conditioning not really working with the high heat. Otherwise great for our trip!

A warning that the car was going to be parked on the uncovered roof of a parking garage for hours before we needed it should have been provided. Had we been warned one parent would have stayed at the terminal with the kids (including our 6mo old) while the other parent cooled the car down and then came to pick the rest of the family up. But instead my poor kids had to stand in the minimal shade between two parked cars while the weak AC system attempted to cool the leather interior down enough that it wouldn’t burn their skin or the internal heat of the car at least matched outside.
Also had an issue on return where card to access the garage didn’t work so we had to pull a ticket despite being told by host not to.
Otherwise - host was responsive and provided detailed instructions on pick up and drop off.

The owner's were good to communicate with, however the car was not a car we recommend, especially hope summer in AZ. The car does not get cool, has very minimal vents and struggles in the Arizona heat. DO NOT rent a Honda Odyssey during the summer months in Arizona. It took a little while to get the shuttle from the airport to pick up the car but shuttles were waiting to take us back to he airport on our return. Again, the owner's were great with communication, the car was not something we will rent again.
