Perfect family ride! Great host!

I was hoping for a better experience. The pick up was horrible. We followed instructions to hop on a bus and tell the driver that it was a Turo car rental which took us only 10 mins ride to get there but took over 20 mins for him to find our car circling the lot multiple times and having to tell him the the lot and spot multiple times. Then when we got to the car needed to send a picture and to get the code was bothersome. The car had a mildew smell coming through the vents so we had to get a freshener which masked it. Drop off was easy and the bus back to the airport was no trouble. Probably would not rent this van again
