Awesome minivan. Perfect with kids. Was able to plug in at my air bnb and get 30-35 miles of electric range a day.

Van was in great shape, clean, and ran well. Pick-up location not at airport is a little inconvenient, but manageable. Thanks for the wheels!

Overall the car quality was a 9 on scale of 1-10 with 10 being good. USB ports on dash did not work so could not charge my phone. While pick-up location was okay the pick-up and drop-off times we too rigid. My flight arrived at 7:40 am and I needed the car earlier than 10:00. Same for the drop-off where my flight was at 3:20 pm so got charged extra for the late drop-off. Turo needs more transparency on the times and additional charges for early/late pick-up/drop-off times.
