Very clean car, easy pick up and drop off instructions! Really loved the unlimited miles so we could use it for our family road trip! Alex was really easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Perfect car for our family of 6!

The car was not clean at pickup when I arrived at the pick up spot at 11PM. The AC vents had a strong, unpleasant odor and there was visible dog hair all over the back seat. The smell was so bad we had to drive with the windows down, fortunately, the weather was good during our trip. I was on a tight schedule, so it’s unfair to expect me to switch cars or deal with cleaning issues that should have been handled beforehand. Focusing on when I reported it instead of the condition itself was not appropriate. The host also mentioned the previous guest cleaned the car, which shows there was no proper inspection. Instead of resolving the problem, the host asked for a 5 star review and offered a coupon. Overall, not a good experience.
