The host was great the car was clean and ran good the entire duration I had it. I would definitely rent form them again and recommend to others

Cars was rented in an unsafe condition. Rear struts are blown and both rear tires were bald. Day 4 woke up to a rear flat tire. Host paid for both rears to be replace, both were bald. Host denied tow service. The 1st guest services representative told me I'll be provided an Uber voucher once vehicle is picked up but I should call back once host receives vehicle. Called host they did not provide ETA. this is unacceptable, I called Turo customer back and I was told I CAN NOT be provided Uber voucher because the vehicle was not towed. The host declined paying for my uber. Now I'm stuck with no vehicle while on vacation.

Jeff and his team were great at communication and offered a lot help whenever we had a question. The car was in great condition and comfortably fit our family of 5, three large suitcases and stroller. Two things to keep in mind: To pick up and drop off the car required taking a 10-15 min shuttle to and from the car. They did a great job explaining how to get there and get into the car, was just a bit of additional travel. One other thing to note is that they do not offer car seat rentals.
