The Car Quality Was Horrible I’m Not Sure If They Keep Up On Maintenance But It Drives Like It’s Going To Break Down The Check Engine Like Came On Once I Parked Home To Get My Suitcase I Do Not Recommend This Vehicle.

The car had quick fixes. The automatic door did not work. Tire light on. Host said it just needed to reset. (Tire came off on 4th day) check engine light was on. Host tried to cover it with a no smoking sticker. Car would shake after going 70mph.

No stars the car ran horrible the car was damaged when I received it. We were lucky to make up and back the check engine light was on the tire signal was on. I will never ever rent from them again

Car had issues, making it undrivable/unstable. Host was willing to resolve the issue somewhat, although not at the fastest pace.

Car had a check engine light on upon receiving— which was hid under a “no smoking” sticker. Was told it was a sensor error and then check engine light started flashing. When inquiring to host, I was left on read five times, until finally getting a response five hours later. vehicle was in unsafe condition. It would not drive past certain speed, the rotors sounded like they were gonna fall off, and car was shaking the whole trip.

We’re sorry this was your experience, but we want to clarify that the vehicle completed the entire trip from Philadelphia to North Carolina and back without breaking down or experiencing any mechanical failure. The check engine light was related to a sensor issue, not intentionally hidden. The guest was informed of this, and the vehicle remained operational throughout the trip. Upon return, we had the vehicle inspected further to address the concerns mentioned in the review.
