One of the worst experience I have had renting. Probably the one and last time I will use turo as a platform. I got pulled over with my kids in the car and the police gave me multiple tickets. The car didn't have registration, insurance, or inspection in the car(even though it's the owner's responsibility to make sure all cars they are renting have the appropriate documents). In addition, the owner/host/cohost aren't really responsive when things are going wrong
The guest abandoned the vehicle. All registration documents are current and up to date, and physical copies are always kept in the glove compartment. We also provided digital copies through the Turo app upon request. Turo has confirmed the validity of the registration. Additionally, recent guest feedback highlights how much others have enjoyed the vehicle—please feel free to review those comments.

Car had a smell on pickup. By the end of the first day, smell became unbearable and we discovered a serious mold situation under the third row seats. It was wet and smelled bad enough we couldn’t drive it. We were hours away. The host wouldn’t call or communicate, stonewalled us completely. Nearly ruined our trip. Nightmare experience in every way. Beware.
