The car needs a little work done to it, maybe some new tires and it it stalls when you press the gas it shakes on the highway. Other than that the check in and out process was a breeze. Would rent again! The owners were very helpful and let me drop off earlier than expected. Thank you

The vehicle was not ready on time and was not in a clean condition. The host offered to get it cleaned but it's already 1 hr past my pick up time. There was cigar smell in the car completely. And my other booking for the same date time was cancelled by host and citing no other minivans, this was posted for a higher premium.
I dint get a response regarding the confirmation of trip for a while. Post that, the host was responsive. Expected a better experience overall. My previous turo experiences were a lot better.

For this to have been my first turo ride it was the best the only thing I would say was I wish I would've booked to drop off the next day instead of same day because I ran out of time but other than that I would definitely give them a 5 star
