The car was delivered one hour late, which was inconvenient. Communication throughout the process could have been more efficient — it would be best to proactively inform customers about pick-up and drop-off locations instead of us having to ask repeatedly. The car itself felt slightly misaligned but was otherwise in good condition and worked very well for a large group.
