Communication was great, I was late dropping off the car and host was super understanding.

Whenever I need a rental anywhere near Philly, I will only rent from this host. And when I met other renters at their lot, they said the same thing. These guys set the perfect example for how business should be conducted considering people above profit. And I may have even pushed the limit of what is acceptable and yet remain in good standing with them.
