Car broke down within an hour. Had to deal with Turo and lost half a day getting a car elsewhere

Outside of the vehicle breaking down during a really busy morning for me everything else was okay

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected battery failure, which can occur without warning despite regular maintenance. As soon as we were notified, we came immediately, replaced the battery with a brand-new one, and got the guest back on the road. We also issued a full refund for the entire trip, even though the vehicle was able to continue the trip after the repair. We always do everything possible to resolve unexpected situations quickly and fairly.
I loved renting this vehicle. It was given to us in great condition, very clean, owner very responsive and kind, would rent with him again. It’s great for a family trip. Plenty of space and features in the vehicle to use.
