The car seats were not clean and the cup holders kept falling out. But the van was otherwise clean and an easy experience

The host was amazing! Our flight got canceled and they were so quick to respond and accommodating to try to find us an alternate car to use. The car was spotless and pickup/return was easy. Would definitely recommend!
