Everything was good! The car we originally scheduled was no longer an option but Chris hooked us up with a great alternative

The van was great, we paid extra for car seats. The pick up and drop off was smooth. I would highly recommend working with Chris to rent his van.

Car was very clean and tidy, spacious for our trip. We also rented car seats and a cooler. The cooler was so handy to have for our beach trip. Car seats had been taken apart for cleaning and were not properly put back together which caused us a delay in leaving the airport and starting our trip. Having car seats not properly put together is a huge safety risk and our children’s safety is top priority, so that was a bit disappointing. We addressed it with the host and they apologized and comped the seats for us and offered replacements. Next issue was the overwhelming smell of gasoline coming from inside the car - another huge safety concern. We messaged them about it and they addressed it promptly even driving a replacement car out to where we were staying. The gas smell ended up being a gas soaked floor protector in the back of the car so that was a bit of a relief. Very impressed with the customer service though and how quickly they handled any issues that arose. This was our first time using turo and we will use again.
