Nonetheless, the communication with the host, especially regarding my early pickup request, fell short of expectations. The host's response of 'N/A' lacked explanation and was not constructive, particularly since the vehicle was already at the airport five hours before the scheduled pickup time. This lack of accommodation resulted in extra parking costs. Furthermore, my attempt to reach out to the host during the rental period with a question went unanswered. It's crucial for potential renters to understand that the rental process can be hassle-free if communication with the host is not required; however, if issues arise, effective communication may be difficult to achieve.
