Picked up the car dirty, was surprised by a $27 parking fee that was supposed to be refunded, but never was. Car has mechanical issues and I asked to return the car early which they said I could, but I wasn’t getting refunded. Complete waste of time.

Picked the car up at the airport, no issues. Car was dirty, inside and out. When we turned the car on, we immediately got a notification that the car needed to be taken into a dealer for required maintenance. Notified the host of this, and received an apology and reassurance that everything was normal, it won’t affect the performance or safety of the vehicle. No issues during the whole trip . . . until we’re headed back to BOS airport for our flight. 75 miles away, a tire blew and we pulled over to the side of the road. We contacted the host, who has not sent a response, two hours later. There is NO spare tire, which is asinine, but there was a tire repair kit, which was cute when the tire was practically shredded. We called the Turo customer service and they advised us to leave the car at the side of the interstate and gave us a Uber voucher (for 6 people including a toddler and luggage) and that we’d be “turning the car in and ending the Turo trip” at that point. At this point, we still have not received a message from the host. We’re glad to have received transportation to a motel near Logan Intl Airport, but we missed our flight home and needed to pay extra for changing our flights.
