The car itself was good, great fuel efficiency and enough space for a big family. However, the host was not great at all. When we picked up the car it was really dirty, it looked like they didn’t clean it after the last rental, I am talking about dirt everywhere, food crumbs spelled on it and a windshield so dirty that it was dangerous to drive at night. We told the host the status of the car when we picked it up, they said they were “willing to offer compensation” which they never did. However they did sent us an invoice to pay the toll that weren’t included. Overall not a great experience
