Nad was very accommodating with the pickup and his communication was quick which was greatly appreciated.
The vehicle is not in the best shape. It was/is missing molding around the drivers seatbelt as well a piece on the passenger side and the wipers are not is the best shape. I’ve owned this particular vehicle before, which is why I rented it, because the second row seats are supposed to fold down into the floor, but in this vehicle they don’t work. I reached out to Nad and he offered to look at it if I wanted to drive down to him, but he is 50 miles from where I live and we did not have the time.. He also offered to cancel the reservation, but again there was no way I could do that. It was just frustrating but not a huge deal.
