Great trip. Very affordable for a van. Good communication and resolution of issues. Please be aware that you are renting a bit of a worn out van with 120k+ miles on it. Lots of cosmetics issues, but does the job well for a heavily discounted rate. Thanks Bill!

I'm not sure how it is worn out but everyone has different ideas amd it is 8 years old van. As for pick up and drop off not sure how it is inconvenient since the location is disclosed. you booking a car the day of flying in and us not just delivering the vehicle last minute is not our issue it is your issue of not planning ahead.
Bill was very communicative and the process from pick up to drop off was very easy. Would definitely rent from Bill again.
