Unfortunately, we didn’t have a super experience with Alfira.
A few positives are that the vehicle we got did get us around as needed and the AC worked fairly well (worked really well in the front but not really in the back) the biggest negative was that we had booked a completely different vehicle.
The day we were meant to pick up our Honda Odyssey (while on our flight to PSP!), we got a message that it was no longer available (it was in the shop?) thankfully, she had another vehicle available - which was very appreciated, but the vehicle was a downgrade (even though we were told it was an upgrade) it was old inside and out, it was SO LOUD inside, the road noise was terrible. The other negative thing was that we could only use premium fuel - so the gas to fill it was quite expensive - which was not disclosed when we were offered the replacement.
At the end of the day, we likely would choose another Turo host.
