We had a large family group and needed two SUVs. Unfortunately, our original booking provider, which had both vehicles, canceled one SUV the day before our arrival due to mechanical issues. Turo customer service helped secure a last-minute replacement through Shippee. The vehicle was in good condition, the host was pleasant and very accommodating, and communication—from booking through return—was clear and consistent, making everything much easier, especially while navigating through San Francisco streets.
