We had an excellent experience with this car! It was spotless, very comfortable, and drove perfectly throughout our trip. The vehicle was exactly as described, reliable, and made our travels stress-free. The pickup and return process was overall smooth. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a few more detailed instructions for both pickup and drop-off, especially for first time renters. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely rent this car again. Highly recommend!

Brakes are really bad and needs to be fixed- I see now that there were a few complaints about it- I had to pay $20
To take the car out of the lot and the gas wasn’t full
