The van was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. It’s in great shape and we had no issues. Communication was great with the host as well. Only minor issue was we had to pay the max per day price to leave short term parking, so he must’ve had to drop it off way in advance. The last Turo we rented was dropped off very close to our pickup time so it only cost a couple dollars. Like I said, very minor in the grand scheme of things. This was a very good rental!

This was a great vehicle for our family! It was extremely clean when we picked it up with a full tank of gas and full charge. The only issue we encountered was when trying to fill up the gas tank. The button to pop the gas tank door open was broken, requiring a phone call to be made. Thankfully, John answered promptly and was able to share a work around with me so I could fill the tank. Also, when filling up, the pump kept stopping so it took a longer than usual amount of time to fill up. This happened at 2 of the 3 gas stations despite moving the nozzle position to the left, right, and pulling it out some. Other than that, everything was super smooth. I would rent from John again!
