JP reached out prior to the day of pick up to explain how everything would go so pick up went super smooth. we received the vehicle very clean and as shown in the pictures. the sienna rode very smooth and was awesome on gas. drop off also went very smooth. i would definetely reccomend the vehicle and will use it again for future trips.
