After a good weekend didn’t end really good but still in contact with the Owner and just really fast response with anything we needed.

The car was in good condition and drove well. However, the experience was affected by hidden fees and misleading follow-up. I was charged $17 for parking at pickup, which was not part of the rental agreement and only mentioned later via chat. Turo reviewed the case and approved a reimbursement.
The host later claimed the drop-off was 1.5 hours late and charged extra 74 USD which is inaccurate. While the drop-off may have been slightly after 2:00 PM, it was nowhere near 1.5 hours late. I sent photos confirming the car was parked by 2:30 PM, meaning I entered the lot before that. Exaggerating delays to justify extra charges creates a poor customer experience.
Parking expenses explained in location notes and guests guidelines before initial reservations. Turo determines late returns based on conversations and proofs.
