I would not recommend renting this vehicle. The van was provided with the check engine light already on, and it would stall during acceleration, which created a serious safety concern while driving. We were also pulled over because a tail light was out, another issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was rented.

The situation became even more frustrating when the van would not start. The host claimed the issue was that the vehicle was out of gas, yet the fuel gauge was still showing approximately a quarter tank and was nowhere near empty. The host came out to inspect the vehicle himself, confirming there was an issue, but instead of taking responsibility for the vehicle's condition, he later submitted an additional charge for gas. Given the mechanical problems, safety concerns, and lack of support when issues were reported, I found it completely inappropriate to be charged extra. I contacted the host regarding these concerns, but no meaningful action was taken. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
