Apon arrival the vehicle was fine, but I didn’t like that the pickup details and parking fees were only disclosed the day of arrival. That’s something that should be communicated upfront so renters can plan accordingly. Overall decent, but communication needs improvement.

Left van door hard to close with electronic closer. Took many attempts

Car was clean and even though we had to change vehicles it did not affect our time that we were able to pickup the car and the host was effective in communicating
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
