The car itself was fine and served its purpose well. This was a very frustrating reservation. The communication and instructions to locate the car weren’t adequate. I contacted the host multiple times regarding not having a code to access the key to the vehicle. Turo is no help at all. The return instructions included parking in a garage level that requires reservations but that isn’t in the instructions.
I disagree with your assessment. The communication was effective. The location issue is because you arrived two hours before your reservation; that's not our fault. You returned the car to a different parking lot than the one specified and delivered it dirty with food on the seats—misuse on your part.
