This is a car you book for short rides only. It’s definitely showing its age and wear. It started jerking at times and it just runs funny. I wouldn’t trust it for long distances but for our purposes of going from resort to parks it worked fine. Couple of things you should know: directions on where it’s parked will not be clear and when you ask for further instructions, they won’t be helpful. Just be prepared to walk up and down the lot. They only give you a key. No remote lock so you have to physically open the door from the driver’s side everytime and lock it from inside the door. It’s dusty on the inside. The apple car play is finicky and would only work sometimes. Due to age of car you need old style usb charger as well. Check engine light was on and was informed everything was fine and to ignore. You do with that information what you will. Hate that this review seems so negative. If the price is right it’s something you should consider but you just need to be aware of what you’re getting so you can make an informed decision. At the end of the day for a car with over 100,000 miles I guess it should be expected except for the manual key. That really pushed it over to the disappointing side.

Before this review, this van had a 5-star rating with over 60 trips and no similar complaints. Our pickup instructions are clear and detailed, but they must be read carefully. Whenever the guest had questions, we responded immediately and provided assistance. We respect all feedback, but this experience does not reflect the service or vehicle quality that the vast majority of our guests have consistently experienced.
