The car quality was good. The only issue was that the car chargers did not work to charge your phones and there was no washer fluid for the windshield.

As for the charger, it is working perfectly! Regarding my communication, I apologize, but I have a response time of just 23 seconds for my clients! As for the water running out, I am very sorry, but you can refill it!

Overall, can was fine. Did the job. No issues there. I just wish we had more clear communication of how to do things. This was our first time, and it was never clear how to find the vehicle or what to do for pick up and drop off. I'm hoping we don't have any issues after the fact because of it. Was just very confused at what to do and needed more guidance from the host.
I'm so sorry you've had trouble picking up your vehicle. Unfortunately, it's not my fault, and I have to obey the rules of Turo and Orlando Airport (MCO). Turo doesn't have its own parking lot, and we are prohibited from handing over the vehicle in person! May God greatly bless you!
