We had an absolutely excellent experience with this host! Our original reservation was for a regular vehicle, but due to circumstances completely outside of his control, there was an unexpected issue with the vehicle we were supposed to receive.
Instead of allowing that to negatively affect our trip, he immediately took care of the situation and went above and beyond by upgrading us to a brand-new vehicle at no additional cost. We were incredibly impressed with how professionally, quickly, and thoughtfully he handled everything.
The replacement vehicle was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and an amazing upgrade. His communication and customer service throughout the entire experience were outstanding.
This is exactly the kind of host you hope to find on Turo—reliable, accommodating, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure his guests have a great experience. We truly appreciated everything he did for us and would 100% rent from him again.
