I was a bit apprehensive as not used Turo before but Javi and Carlos were very helpful and informative so all went like clockwork. The check in with passport photographs kicked in 24 hours before collection so worked well..The car was in great condition and ideal for our large family with loads of cases. The drop off was super easy especially as I had lost signal so had trouble contacting them, however they had tracked us in so met us as we arrived. Thanks guys Andrew
