Host was courteous and on time. Had no issues with car.

The car drove and rode smoothly. Car did have a small crack in the windshield, which we documented by photo. The Host asked us, just prior to our trip, if he could swap out cars due to his maintenance schedule on the original car. No problem on our side, as it was the same make, model and year just a different color. Unfortunately I assumed when he cancelled and redid the reservation that everything stayed the same, and I just approved without double checking (bad on my part). The default setting must be to p/u and drop off at his business and we had specifically chosen airport p/u & delivery, Upon arrival I never received airport p/u instructions so messaged Host and he stated it was ready at his place of business so we had to Uber there (inconvenient). We found it a little difficult to get timely responses, so although we liked his vehicle we rated 4 stars due to communication. If you're a seasoned Turo user, you probably wouldn't have any problems with the Host.

Car was very spacious and gas efficient.
