Van was great. Cleanliness lacked. Looked like it was used an hour before we picked it up. I hadn’t even left property when we picked it up and the gas gauge moved off full. I was nice enough to return it to FULL. Timed, automated messages for everything related to our trip. Felt non personable and left a bad taste in my mouth. I rent from Turo because it’s a persons car and I support small business and side hustle. I don’t support automation. Nice van but won’t rent from this company again.
