Price was great. The vehicle did exactly what we needed and was exactly we expected.

The car was on the lower end of the budget and dated. When I received the car before pulling out the right passenger door had an issue, host was responsive as the days went the door got worse so we stopped using that side. We barely drove the car and before the trip ended the car over heated and left me stranded in the rain with kids. It was unsafe to drive contacted the host he agreed it was unsafe to drive. Left the vehicle for collection had to Uber to safety, after waiting hours trying to get a replacement. 6 hours later back and forth with Turo still trying to get a replacement. No reimbursement for Uber, my card was charged again to get a replacement car even though it wasn't my fault. Just hours of back and forth then there was an issue saying my driver's license was expired and it wasn't had another hour in chat trying to get that sorted. As a first time Turo user this was a very very unpleasant disappointing and stressful experience for our family vacation.

Amazing experience! We had an issue with the drivers side window and he drove 1.5 hours to fix it on the same day. Can’t beat the ease and experience!
